UK standard delivery is now Free on Everything!

We dispatch all orders on a first come first served basis so whether you take the Free standard delivery option or the Priority delivery option (£4.95) your order will be treated with the same importance by us.

Standard UK Delivery.

Your order will usually be received within 5 days of your order being placed. If you require your order in a special hurry or next day delivery we can offer you the priority delivery upgrade for £4.95 (see below).

UK Priority Courier Delivery Upgrade  £4.95

If you need your order in record time we can usually do that for you. Next day delivery is available on most items if you order before 2pm but it is advisable to call our sales office to check availibility in your area if you require this service. Priority delivery is available as an option when you go through the checkout.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide on orders up to 2kg in weight. Above 2 kilo's we currently only deliver to Europe, Australia, USA, Canada. We have negotiated very favourable International rates from our Courier and we beleive that we offer some of the lowest Worldwide Shipping prices available in the UK. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed which are above 2 kilos where the order weight is above the 2kg limit.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence.
