Ordering From Thorne Antiques and Collectables:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. You have the option of selecting an alternative delivery address to enable you to have gifts sent direct to the recpient or your work address etc.


Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 5 working days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World.

Payment:

We accept secure online payments through the website using either Your normal Credit Card or UK Debit Card,or Paypal. To use Paypal you must have an account with them to make a payment.

If you prefer to place your order over the phone please call us on 01302867272 and we will take your order and payment simultaneously using our own payment faclilities. We are established retailers and our payment service is provided by 'Streamline' (the UK's biggest supplier of Card Payment Services) assuring you of a smooth transaction.

Finally we are pleased to accept Cheques or Postal Orders from UK customers and allow 5 working days clearance time before dispatching any goods.  To pay by cheque or postal order please add items to your basket as normal and you will be given the option to post your payment at checkout.

Packaging:

At Thorne Antiques and Collectables, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality packaging materials which includes recycled where possible to minimise environmental impact. All items are sent via recorded post or courier and are automatically insured for their full value. We carefully package our products to provide adequate protection whilst in transit so you can have total confidence that your order will arrive in one piece. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged please email or call us within 24 hours of receipt so we can process a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement item to be dispatched.
